This Privacy Policy explains how Blue Shore Interiors ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit https://blueshoreinteriors.com or interact with our Facebook Page or Instagram account.

Information We Collect

When you use our client portal, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, phone number, property address, your style-profile answers, and your consultation booking — along with anything shared as part of your project, such as notes, design files, invoices, and your design agreement. When you sign the agreement electronically, we also record the date, time, IP address, and browser as a record of your signature.

We rely on a few service providers to run the portal: Google Calendar to schedule your consultation, Resend to send you emails, Upstash to store your project details, and Vercel to host the site and store project files. They process your information only to provide these services to us.

When you pay an invoice online, the payment is processed by Stripe. Your card or bank details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. We receive a record of the payment, such as the amount, the date, and the last four digits of the card or account used.

We use Google Analytics to understand general site traffic (pages visited, approximate location, device type). This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify visitors.

How We Use Information

We use the information you submit only to schedule your consultation, carry out your project, and provide the services you've requested. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Facebook & Instagram Integration

Blue Shore Interiors uses the Meta Graph API to publish our own content (photos and videos of interior design work, with captions) to our own Facebook Page and Instagram account (@blueshoreinteriors). This integration is used only to publish content we create ourselves — it does not collect, read, or process data belonging to visitors, followers, or any other Facebook or Instagram users.

No Platform Data obtained through this integration is shared with any third party, used for advertising, or retained beyond what's needed to operate the posting schedule described above.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies associated with Google Analytics to measure site usage. The client portal also uses a sign-in cookie to keep you signed in on your device; it isn't used for tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; the rest of the site will work normally, but the portal needs its sign-in cookie.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your portal information only as long as needed to provide our services and maintain our business records. If you'd like your information deleted, contact us using the details below and we will remove it.

Your Rights
